Dr. Charles Chan is a Chinese American obstetrician-gynecologist in Los Angeles, having engaged in clinical and teaching field for over 30 years. He is known as “one knife Zhan” to a lot of mothers because of his expertise in cesarean section and cosmetic surgery cut. He’s over 70 years old and has been working in this field for more than 40 years, acquiring a wealth of excellent medical skills and having got many mothers’ high satisfaction. It’s said that his tenet is to let mothers wear bikinis with no scar after giving birth by cesarean section.
